It's always good to carry a first aid kit whilst out on the trails. A lot of compulsory kit lists for trail racing events have emergency blanket and a first aid kit on them. This kit contains both. I had a kit similar to this one for a 100km race, I adapted it to suit blisters. it was more like a blister kit! it served me well. Fortunately, I only got blisters about 80km in. A must have for any ultra or just to carry on those LSR's.
