My clothes/purchase does not fit properly? 

We know how important the correct fit is whilst trail running. If you purchase something and it doesn't fit you have 14 days to let us know. You will be entitled to a full refund outlined in the returns policy  

How do I request a refund? 

It's really easy to request a refund. All you do is email outlining what's wrong with your purchase. email a picture of your purchase and we will be in-touch.

If you would rather talk to someone (not a robot) then you can do that too however you will need to leave a contact number along with your query so we can get hold of you. Unfortunately, there are laws and regulations that prevent us taking down your e-mail over the phone (i know right)!!!

Do I really need to wait for 4 weeks to receive my order? 

We say 4 weeks because we ship our products from warehouses that are situated all around the world. The average waiting time is 2 weeks. Your parcel is sent via air mail. To make up for this we pay all postage and packaging fees. If you have to wait more than 30 days! we will give you a full refund and you get to keep your item. 

 I've ordered more than 1 Item but haven't received the other Items/ There was only 1 item in the parcel?   

Don't worry your purchased Items should be with you soon. The reason they have been sent out at different times is because they have been sent out from different locations. We purchase and secure Items direct from manufacturers. Once Items have been sold, we send them an order to be processed. Its picked then sent out to you.
